"Sugar, in all forms, is a simple carbohydrate that the body converts into glucose and uses for energy. But the effect on the body and your overall health depends on the type of sugar you’re eating, either natural or refined. Natural sugars are found in fruit as fructose and in dairy products, such as milk and cheese, as lactose. Refined sugar comes from sugar cane or sugar beets, which are processed to extract the sugar. It is typically found as sucrose, which is the combination of glucose and fructose. We use white and brown sugars to sweeten cakes and cookies, coffee, cereal and even fruit." – Cancer Center, Natural VS. Refined Sugar
In order to naturally satisfy your sugar cravings, eat natural fruit. There is nothing better than eating a natural piece of fruit from the earth. Is there? If so, Houston, we have a problem. For my natural sugar cravings, I enjoy mixing Strawberries, Raspberries, Kale and Carrots for a ‘gud ol murnin’ boost. I call this delicous smoothie ''Sweet California Caroline.''

Warning: too much fruit can detox your body and give you a tremendous amount of energy.

What an awesome name! I need to be in California right now.
It sucks that too much fruit can consist of sugar. :(
